Shipping Policy

We currently ship to addresses within India only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

A flat shipping charge of ₹99 applies to all orders. Shipping is free on orders of ₹2,000 or more. The exact charge is shown at checkout before you pay. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery typically takes a further 5–7 business days depending on your location.

Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Delivery to remote pin codes may take longer. Made-to-order and custom-sized pieces are quoted separately at the time of ordering.

Once your order ships, we add the courier name and tracking number to your order page and send it to the email address you provided at checkout. You can view any order from your confirmation link at any time.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather, or circumstances outside our control. If a delivery fails because the address was incomplete or nobody was available to receive it, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Repeat failed deliveries may incur a further shipping charge.
