These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from SS Silver. By placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

All pieces are 925 sterling silver and hallmarked unless the product page states otherwise. Because our jewellery is handcrafted, small variations in finish, weight and shade are normal and are not defects.

Product photographs are representative. Colour may appear differently depending on your screen.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes. Shipping charges, where they apply, are shown separately at checkout before you pay.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your card, UPI or banking credentials at any point.

We take reasonable care with pricing, but if a piece is listed at an obviously incorrect price we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it.

Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds. If an item turns out to be unavailable after payment, we will contact you and issue a full refund for that item.

We may decline or cancel an order where we suspect fraud, where delivery is not possible to the address given, or where the order breaches these terms.

Delivery timelines and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy. Cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Both form part of these terms.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe it has been used without your permission.

All content on this site — photographs, text, designs and branding — belongs to SS Silver and may not be reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian consumer law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here at the moment you place an order is the one that applies to it.
